What this site is
This site provides general information about residential real estate services in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and a way to request a consultation or an estimate of a property's value. Nothing here is an offer to buy or sell real property, an appraisal, or legal, tax, or financial advice.
Home value estimates
Any home value figure provided through this site or in follow-up communication is an informal opinion of value prepared by a licensed real estate agent for discussion purposes. It is not a formal appraisal and must not be relied on as one. Market conditions change constantly, and an estimate may differ materially from an eventual sale price.
